Job Description
Gold Track Logistics is looking for a seasoned Freight Sales Manager to lead our in-office sales team in Jhang. This is a senior leadership role with P&L responsibility.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead a team of 5–8 freight sales reps and SDRs
- Own carrier acquisition and shipper development targets
- Build relationships with US-based brokers and freight forwarders
- Develop and refine our sales playbook
- Report directly to the CEO on weekly pipeline and revenue
Requirements
- 5+ years in freight brokerage or logistics sales
- Proven record of building and managing sales teams
- Deep knowledge of US trucking market dynamics
- Experience with DAT, McLeod, or similar platforms
- Strong leadership and coaching ability
